A larger than life volume representing an oversized traffic cone going through the building in mid-air. This high-impact, unexpected and striking piece, is a call to attention, a change in direction, a work in progress and the ultimate symbol for a city that is ever changing. 

The overall length of the piece is ≈ 60’, however the placement and overall design of the piece allows for the construction of of separate segments, reducing weight and structural complexity.
